  • 1 lb Pork Sausage
  • 6 Large Eggs
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheese (Cheddar, Swiss, or a blend)
  • ½ cup Milk or Heavy Cream
  • 1 tbsp Thyme fresh or dried
  • 1 tsp Rosemary fresh or dried
  • ¼ tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cook the sausage: In a skillet, cook the pork sausage over medium heat until browned and fully cooked. Drain any excess grease and set aside.
