Ingredients
  

  • 1 shot of espresso (or 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee)
  • ½ cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup steamed milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
  • ¼ tsp ground cloves
  • Sweetener to taste (e.g., sugar, honey, maple syrup)

Instructions
 

  • Brew the Espresso: Start by brewing 1 shot of espresso. If you don’t have an espresso machine, brew a strong coffee using a stovetop Moka pot.
  • Heat Pumpkin Puree: In a small saucepan, warm the pumpkin puree over medium heat. Stir continuously to avoid burning, until heated through and aromatic.
  • Froth Milk: Froth the milk using a milk frother or steam wand until it’s creamy. If you don’t have a frother, whisk the milk vigorously over heat until frothy.
  • Assemble the Latte: Pour the brewed espresso into your mug, then add the warm pumpkin puree. Top with steamed milk and gently stir to combine all flavors.
  • Add Spices: Sprinkle ground cinnamon, nutmeg, or pumpkin pie spice on top to add that fall touch. Adjust the sweetness to your liking.
