- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- ½ cup sugar
- ¼ cup melted butter
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Prepare the muffin pan by brushing the mini muffin tins with butter or spraying with nonstick cooking spray.
