  • Tall glass or tumbler
  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • Spoon or straw for stirring

Ingredients
  

  • 2 ounces Espresso or strong brewed coffee
  • 2 tbsp Caramel syrup (plus extra for drizzling)
  • 6 ounces milk (use your choice of dairy or plant-based milk)
  • Ice cubes – as needed

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Espresso: Brew 2 ounces of espresso or strong coffee and allow it to cool slightly.
  • Prepare the Glass: Drizzle caramel syrup along the inside of a tall glass, creating a decorative pattern.
  • Fill with Ice: Add ice cubes to the glass to chill.
  • Add the Coffee: Pour the espresso or strong coffee over the ice.
  • Froth the Milk: In a separate container, froth or lightly whip 6 ounces of milk until it’s creamy and foamy.
  • Combine: Pour the frothed milk over the coffee in the glass, allowing it to cascade down and mix.
  • Finish and Enjoy: Drizzle additional caramel syrup on top for extra sweetness, and enjoy!
