  • 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs or gluten-free alternative
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ¼ tsp Salt

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Shrimp : Clean and devein the shrimp if not already done. Rinse under cold water, pat dry with paper towels, and lay them on a clean surface.
  • Make the Parmesan Coating : In a shallow bowl, combine grated Parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs (or gluten-free alternative), garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  • Preheat and Prepare for Baking : Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).Line a baking sheet with a wire rack for even cooking and crispiness.
  • Coat the Shrimp : Dip each shrimp into the Parmesan mixture, pressing lightly to ensure an even coating on all sides.
  • Bake the Shrimp : Arrange the coated shrimp on the wire rack on the baking sheet, leaving space between each piece for even baking.Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the shrimp are golden and the coating is crispy.
  • Optional Broil for Extra Crispiness : For an extra-crispy finish, broil the shrimp for an additional 2-3 minutes, keeping a close eye to avoid burning.
